A true epic street theater performed once a year by the entire population of Príncipe.
Is one of the biggest cultural event of the archipelago that happens every year in August 15 (Saint Lourenco’s day), in the Island of Príncipe. It is a street play theater performances based in a medieval story and whose plot trets the struggle between Christinas and Moorish – a Mauritanean Príncipess story who falls in love with a christian Príncipe, betrays her people and throws his brother to the enemy army; the action elapes in the main streets of the city of Santo Antonio during three days.
